Chemotherapy Some cats diagnosed with cancer are candidates for chemotherapy. At Memorial Cat Hospital, we have experience with many different drug protocols and with treating various types of cancer including lymphoma.
International & National Health Certificates
We've helped clients and their cats move to almost every state in this country as well as countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, Australia, Central and South America. Our Veterinarians are USDA Accredited so they can provide your cat with a health certificate for travel within the United States, as well as travel to other countries.
Ultrasound We offer ultrasonography of both the abdomen and heart. These ultrasound images can help in the diagnosis of heart disease and some types of abdominal disease, such as polycystic kidney disease and pancreatitis.
Rabies Titer Testing Many cats moving overseas (and to Hawaii) must have a blood test to prove they are vaccinated against rabies. At Memorial Cat Hospital we have experience dealing with the different types of rabies titer tests and can help you with your move.
Microchip Microchips are a very small, inert and permanent way to identify your cat. The microchip is about the size of a grain of rice (seen in the picture) and is inserted under your cat's skin. The process takes just a few seconds (the paperwork takes a lot longer)! Microchips are a great way to help your cat be reunited with you if she ever gets lost. These chips can be inserted at any visit or during a routine procedure such as spaying and neutering.
On-call Technician Your cat's health and treatment are very important to us. Our clients can reach our on-call technician until 10 pm with questions or concerns about their cat's health or medications.
Drop-off Appointments Established clients can take advantage of drop-off appointments. This allows you to leave your cat at the hospital as early as 7 am, so you can still take care of your cat and make it to work.
Vaccines At Memorial Cat Hospital we believe each cat's vaccination needs are individual. During your appointment the doctor will ask you questions to help determine what vaccines, if any, your cat needs to maintain their health.
Boarding We offer boarding in standard cages as well as specially designed cat condos. These condos have two shelves and allow the cat more room to move around during their stay. Cats in the condo rooms can watch special cat videos or the colorful fish in our fish tank. Most cats stay in their own condo, however, cats from the same family may board together in one condo if they prefer.
