ask a question, or making a visit to our office.
Melissa - Receptionist
Melissa has been working as a veterinary receptionist since 1998, and at MCH since Nov. of 1999, and is our biggest advocate for our patients comfort. As Melissa likes to say "I am proudly owned by cats, dogs, turtles and a menagerie of foster animals". In her spare time she enjoys nature and sports photography and volunteering for Houston Roller Derby.
Jeff Cummins - Receptionist
Jeff moved to Houston from his native Austin in August of 2008, and joined Memorial Cat Hospital in July of the same year. Jeff is kept company at home with his one cat Rasputin. When he is not at work Jeff enjoys hiking, kayaking and travelling.
Ana - Veterinary Assistant / Receptionist
Ana's passion for animals led her to work at the Houston SPCA for eight years and then as a Doggie Daycare Manager. Joining the Memorial Cat Hospital family in the summer of 2010, she provides exceptional care and love to all the patients as both a Receptionist and a Veterinary Assistant. Ana is also a Certified Pet Care Technician through the Pet Care Services Association and is actively involved with local animal rescue groups. She shares her home with three dogs, four cats, and a beautiful Moluccan Cockatoo named "Ladybug".
Teressa - Practice Manager
Teressa came to Memorial Cat Hospital in June of 2007 bringing over twenty five years of experience in the veterinary field. Teressa has worked in multiple capacities over these years, from receptionist to technician and practice management. Teressa lives in Sugar Land with her husband David, and daughter Colette, four cats, and one Rhodesian Ridgeback mix. When finding a bit of time to herself, she enjoys reading, fly fishing, running, english horseback riding, and escaping to the mountains whenever possible.
