Dear Drs. Folger and Pittari,

I want to thank you very much for having the knowledge, skill, and patience to determine the cause of my illness and prescribing a course of treatment. I am feeling much better, and have even gained a little weight. I truly believe that because of your outstanding care, I am on the road to a complete recovery. My servants who live in my house are also happy with my progress. I want you to know they are very diligent about being sure I get the proper food and medication.
Dr. Folger, I know it may seem that I do not like you because of my hissing and the way I try to bite you. Please be assured this is not true. I am just nervous when I come to see you, and, of course, I don’t like being stuck with a needle. My servants tell me on a regular basis how much you care for me, and how dedicated they know you are to restoring my health. For this I am grateful.Again, my sincere appreciation for all you have done for me.
